1 | pinch | Cracked Black Pepper |
Ingredients |
Trim the Chops as required |
1. Food Preparation |
Season and lightly oil the steaks and cook on a hot Grill Gate. Use a 1/1GN pan to catch any fat that comes off the Chops. |
2. Cooking Instruction |
Serve with French Fries and a salad. |
