380 g Puff Pastry ready rolled 1 Pkt
10 slice Steaky Bacon
40 g Cheddar Cheese
4 g Fresh Sage leaves
1 pinch Black Pepper
Ingredients
Lay out the rolled Puff Pastry on a sheet of non-stick paper, lay an even layer of streaky bacon to cover the pastry, grate Cheddar cheese over the bacon and tear the fresh Sage leaves over the cheese, season with black pepper and NO salt. Roll up tightly and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
1. Food Preparation
Un roll the pastry and cut, in a clear motion, into 1cm thickness pieces, lay them onto a flat 1/1 GM tray.
2. Cooking Instruction
Serve in a neat design with Watercress leaves.
