1,8 kg King Edward Potatoes
115 g Salted Butter
Ingredients
Wash, peel and cut potatoes into approximately 2 pieces,
1. Food Preparation
Steam cook the potatoes in a perforated tray.
2. Cooking Instruction
When cooked toss the potatoes in clarified melted butter with chopped parsley and serve.
