Ingredients |
Wash, peel and cut potatoes into approximately 2 pieces, |
1. Food Preparation |
Steam cook the potatoes in a perforated tray. |
2. Cooking Instruction |
When cooked toss the potatoes in clarified melted butter with chopped parsley and serve. |
