| Ingredients | ||
| Wash, peel and cut potatoes into approximately 2 pieces, |
| 1. Food Preparation |
| Steam cook the potatoes in a perforated tray. |
| 2. Cooking Instruction |
| When cooked toss the potatoes in clarified melted butter with chopped parsley and serve. |
