9 pcs Pork or Chicken Pieces
300 g Flour
4 each Whole Eggs
500 g Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
Flatten the meat, if required and pass through seasoned flour, then beat the eggs into seasoned Breadcrumbs.
1. Food Preparation
Spray with a fine mist of oil on both sides of the product and place on a thin 1/1 GN tray
2. Cooking Instruction
Serve with Fries and Salad
