| 60 | g | Chopped Cooked Bacon |

| Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl Cut in the shortening until fully incorporated Add egg and milk, mix Fold in cheese and bacon Portion into 3-4 ounce muffin mold/cup Bake |
